This policy explains what may happen when a game is interrupted by a loss of internet connection, device issue or unexpected technical disruption.
IF YOUR GAME IS INTERRUPTED
Stay calm and avoid repeatedly placing the same bet. Reconnect, check your balance and game history, then contact support if anything appears incorrect.

HOW DISCONNECTED GAMES ARE HANDLED
The result of an interrupted game depends on whether the bet was accepted and on the rules and technical records of the relevant game.

CONNECTION AND DEVICE RESPONSIBILITY
Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, compatible device and updated software. Performance may be affected by local networks, devices, browsers or third-party service interruptions.

CONFIRMED BETS
If a bet was accepted before the interruption, it may remain valid and be settled according to the game result. Closing the browser, losing connection or leaving the game does not necessarily cancel an accepted bet.

UNCONFIRMED BETS
A wager that was not successfully accepted should not be treated as confirmed. Players should review their balance and transaction or game history before attempting the wager again.

GAME RECOVERY
Some games may resume from the interrupted position after the player reconnects. Other games may complete automatically on the game server and display the result when the player returns.

SETTLEMENT AND OFFICIAL RECORDS
Where a result has been recorded, settlement is generally based on the official platform and game-provider records. If the displayed information differs from those records, the verified server record will be used when reviewing the round.

TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS
If a confirmed technical malfunction prevents a valid result or settlement, the affected round will be reviewed under the applicable game rules, platform terms and provider procedures.
